Zusammenfassung

Fides Treasury Services is seeking an IT Project Manager & PMO Specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects across the organization, ensuring governance, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.

You will provide accurate reporting, manage budgets and resources, and maintain a consolidated portfolio view while guiding cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to on-time delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in IT Project Management and/or PMO functions.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, integrations, and operational environments.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions
• Provide a consolidated overview of all ongoing projects and initiatives
• Prepare regular project portfolio reports and executive dashboards for management
• Facilitate project steering committees and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure project governance standards, methodologies, and documentation are followed
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource utilization
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Support prioritization and capacity planning across the project portfolio
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and standards
• Maintain transparency and traceability of project status, actions, and deliverables
• Support business case preparation, project initiation, and project closure activities
