Job summary

Fides Treasury Services AG is seeking an IT Project Manager & PMO Specialist to plan, coordinate, and deliver IT projects across the organization. You will ensure governance, transparent reporting, and portfolio visibility while guiding cross‑functional teams to meet scope, time, budget, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or comparable.
• Several years of IT Project Management and/or PMO experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, integrations, and operations.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery and closure.
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Provide a consolidated overview of all ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Prepare regular portfolio reports and executive dashboards for management.
• Facilitate project steering committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure governance standards, methodologies, and documentation are followed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support prioritization and capacity planning across the portfolio.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and standards.
• Maintain transparency and traceability of status, actions, and deliverables.
• Support business case preparation, project initiation, and closure activities.
