Job summary

Exeter Finance is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across the organization. You will drive cross-functional teams, define plans, manage budgets, schedules and risks, and report to senior leadership to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, process improvement, quality control, and governance across IT, finance, and operations, with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or educational experience in related field preferred, or relevant work experience.
• 4-6 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Proficiency in advanced project management tools and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with IT, engineering, or finance projects with organizational impact.
• Experience with strategic planning and execution of high-profile projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans for complex projects, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and external partners.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and manage complex project risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet high quality standards and align with requirements.
• Manage changes to scope, schedules, and resources with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and present performance reports to senior management.
• Evaluate and enhance project management processes using industry best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
