DB&L Services SA in Switzerland seeks a Senior PMO to drive governance and execution across a complex ICT portfolio. You will structure portfolio management, align priorities, monitor milestones, and ensure decisions are followed through with clear accountability.

The role combines authority with hands-on involvement: you will work with senior stakeholders, control budgets and KPIs, and push for standardised PMO processes.

Qualifikationen

• Senior PMO experience in governance of large ICT portfolios.
• Proven ability to manage multi-project portfolios and senior stakeholders.
• Authoritative, pragmatic personality with strong execution orientation.

Aufgaben

• Monitor the project portfolio, KPIs, milestones, dependencies, risks and progress of activities.
• Oversee budget, forecast, cost tracking and variance analysis, promoting corrective actions.
• Build and maintain clear, reliable and decision-oriented managerial reporting.
• Support steering committees and governance moments, ensuring follow-up of decisions, owners and deadlines.
• Identify critical issues, delays and bottlenecks and manage escalation with authority across ICT, business and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to standardisation and improvement of PMO processes and portfolio governance.
• Support change management by fostering execution discipline and adoption of new ways of working.
