Job summary

Gi Life Sciences in Switzerland seeks a Senior IT Account Manager to strengthen our Reinach sales team. You will manage key IT service relationships, identify and win new customers, and drive complex tenders with cross-functional teams.

Fluent German and English are required, French is a plus. You will collaborate with BD, presales and tech departments to craft tailored solutions and achieve defined margins in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Several years of account management in IT.
• Successful track record in acquiring and developing customers.
• Confident handling of tenders, complex sales cycles and decision-making processes.
• Experience using AI tools and applications in sales activities.
• Structured, independent and results-oriented work style.
• Strong customer and solution orientation with negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills at all levels from IT manager to CEO.
• Excellent written and spoken German, good English; French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Management and strategic development of existing customer relationships.
• Identification, approach and acquisition of new customers in IT services and solutions.
• Independent management and support of complex tenders—from analysis to bid submission.
• Positioning modern IT services and tailored solution concepts at the customer site.
• Close collaboration with business development, presales, technology and internal departments for solution development.
• Responsibility for achieving defined margin targets.
• Conducting customer presentations and contract negotiations at decision-maker level.
• Market observation and active contribution to further development of the service portfolio.
