Job summary

Sotalent in Sierre, Valais, Switzerland is seeking an HR Business Partner to support managers across strategic and operational HR matters, focusing on talent development, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and organisational change.

You will advise managers, develop talent initiatives, manage employee relations, ensure Swiss employment law compliance and help drive change in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Requires higher education or Swiss HR qualification.
• Proven experience as HR Business Partner.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers on strategic and operational HR matters
• Develop talent management, succession and employee development initiatives
• Identify skills development needs and support career development plans
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention processes
• Manage employee relations and complex HR situations
• Ensure compliance with Swiss employment law and internal HR policies
• Support organisational transformation and change management initiatives
• Coordinate annual HR processes including performance reviews, development discussions and talent reviews
