Qualifications

• University degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Solid experience as HR Business Partner with business partnering responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices in Switzerland.
• Experience in fast-paced operational/industrial environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers on people, organization and workforce topics, translating business needs into HR solutions.
• Coach managers on leadership, employee relations, performance management and talent development.
• Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases with pragmatic, legally compliant guidance.
• Ensure proper application of Swiss labor law, internal policies, and HR processes.
• Support organizational changes and transformation initiatives at the site.
• Contribute to talent management and succession planning for critical roles.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Drive annual HR processes: performance management, talent reviews and development planning.
