Incyte is seeking a Specialist Capacity Planner to optimize intralogistics and ensure timely material flow across the BioPlant Supply Chain. You will act as the nervous system coordinating real-time capacity and material movement to maintain operations continuity.

You will partner with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to design KPIs and drive end-to-end improvements, balancing space, labor, and 3PL coordination to deliver high service levels in a fast-paced GMP environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years minimum warehousing or supply planning in GMP manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; SAP/EWM is a plus.
• Strong collaboration across Supply Chain, Warehouse and 3PL.

Aufgaben

• Material Flow Optimization: forecast space and labor to ensure capacity for days and weeks ahead.
• Balance inbound/outbound schedules to prevent bottlenecks at receiving docks and 3PL interfaces.
• Coordinate dock movement from receiving through put-away to shipping, proactively identifying bottlenecks.
• Rapidly resolve daily logistics disruptions with minimal impact on overall warehouse flow.
• Optimize STO by balancing service levels, warehouse capacity and sampling needs across networks.
