Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in warehousing or supply planning within a GMP manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in MRP/ERP systems (SAP/EWM is a plus).
• Excellent collaboration to align Supply Chain, Warehouse, and 3PL.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address capacity bottlenecks and workload surges for WH operators.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Material Flow Optimization: Space & Labor Forecasting to ensure capacity and staffing for days/weeks ahead.
• Dock Orchestration: Monitor movement from receiving to put away and out to shipping; identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Exception Management: Rapidly resolve daily logistical disruptions with minimal impact on warehouse flow.
• Optimize STO by balancing service levels, warehouse capacity, and sampling needs across internal and 3PL networks.
• Design and deploy KPI implementation: Dock-to-Stock, PO Picking lines, Storage utilization, Stock Time to Use, STO Health and Reaction Time, Labor Capacity Forecasting; drive efficiency and continuity.
• Autonomy to drive the maturity of end-to-end material flow in collaboration with Warehouse and Supply Chain Planning.
