• Manage purchase requisitions, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy corrections.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, and consumables inventory management.
• Ensure complete traceability of warehouse activities following cGMP and QA procedures.
• Support MES/eDMS/ERP activities as a warehouse key user; assist investigations when needed.
• Maintain calibration and revalidation of warehouse equipment; provide training to staff.
• Coordinate interactions with external storages and perform stock reconciliation.
