Lonza Group in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking an Operations Planner (m/f/d) to own comprehensive operations planning for Manufacturing Complex 2. You will coordinate shop floor scheduling, resources, materials and large or small investments, while maintaining SPS and MPS and driving continuous improvements.

Ideal candidates have GMP production experience, strong SAP ERP/MRP and MES knowledge (Syncade), and proficient English; German is a plus. This role is on site in Visp.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain, biotechnology or related field.
• GMP production experience is a distinct advantage.
• Experience with shop floor scheduling and production planning.
• English business proficient; German is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP/MRP and MES systems (Syncade).
• Experience with planning tools like Orchestrate, Schedule Pro or Aspen Planning.

Aufgaben

• Own operations planning for Manufacturing Complex 2, including long-, mid- and short-term scheduling.
• Coordinate resources, materials and investment projects as needed.
• Develop and maintain the Summary Production Schedule (SPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Plan production, maintenance, and equipment availability; mitigate bottlenecks.
• Improve planning accuracy through process and system optimizations.
