Lonza Group Ltd. in Visp, Switzerland, is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to own the monthly planning cycle for Microbial operations, ensuring alignment with S&OP, MPS, and budget processes.

You will create and maintain the Supply Plan, collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Finance, and drive improvements in plan accuracy and inventory targets using SAP IBP and SAP ECC. This is a site-based role requiring close in-person collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in supply or production planning in pharma or complex manufacturing.
• Strong grasp of S&OP, MPS, MRP, inventory and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP and SAP ECC.
• Ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Stakeholder management across global teams.
• Lead planning processes or guide planners.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the monthly Supply Planning cycle for Microbial operations, aligning with S&OP and budget processes.
• Create and improve the Master Production Schedule and capacity outlooks.
• Mitigate supply risks with cross-functional teams.
• Improve forecast accuracy with KPI tracking and corrective actions.
• Define and maintain inventory targets; manage new/phase-out materials.
• Ensure plans use SAP IBP and SAP ECC with proper master data governance.
• Provide leadership of MRP and scheduling activities.
