Zusammenfassung

CTC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner to support and lead projects within a GMP-regulated environment. You will coordinate cross-functional activities, prepare schedules, and ensure on-time delivery, quality, and compliant documentation.

The role requires a strong SAP background, experience with CAPA-like tracking and audit readiness, and fluent English and German. Swiss/EU residency or permit is required; contract runs until 31 December 2026 with immediate start.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Information Systems)
• Senior project management experience in GMP-regulated environments (Pharma/Biotech/CDMO)
• Solid SAP Material Master and supplier data experience (SDS/technical specs) with CAPA-like tracking and audit readiness

Aufgaben

• Support designing and implementing projects on time, on budget, and with required quality; maintain documentation, plans, and reports
• Prepare proposals, timeframes, and schedules
• Coordinate quality controls to meet requirements
• Monitor progress, manage deadlines, and adjust plans as needed
• Act as the point of contact for project status and meetings with stakeholders
• Analyze risks and opportunities and address them appropriately
• Collaborate with peers across the Supply Chain and other stakeholders
