Job summary

PATH is a global nonprofit dedicated to health equity. As Chief Financial Officer, you will shape the organization’s financial strategy, resilience, and operating model in PATH 2030, working with the CEO and Board across regions.

You will lead Finance, IT, and Continuous Improvement, build a globally distributed team, ensure compliance, and diversify funding from USG, philanthropic, and grants while maintaining the cost narrative with funders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership in complex international organizations.
• Demonstrated experience with major funders and regulatory frameworks (USG, 501(c)(3), Form 990, Uniform Guidance).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial resilience and diversification across funding streams.
• Serve as senior financial partner to major funders and the Board.
• Direct modernization of Finance, IT, and continuous improvement initiatives.
