Job summary

PATH, a global nonprofit focused on health equity, is seeking a Senior Program Assistant to provide senior administrative and program support to the Global Primary Health Care (PHC) team in Geneva. The role includes coordinating with the PHC Director and SAFEStart+ leadership, managing priorities, and ensuring efficient execution of meetings and travel.

The position is fixed-term for 12 months, with funding contingent on continued availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of directly related administrative experience.
• Diplomacy across stakeholders; intercultural skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience coordinating external stakeholders across multiple countries.
• Experience organizing complex meetings and international travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive administrative support for the Global PHC Director (50%).
• Support engagement with SAFEStart+ and Geneva stakeholders (50%).
• Coordinate complex meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Develop dashboards, trackers, and summary materials for decision-making.
• Maintain stakeholder databases and email lists to support engagement.
• Draft correspondence to donors and partners and assist with donor reporting.
• Assist project management tasks and travel planning for the program.
