TransFollow is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team in Geneva. You will own the financial strategy, governance, and multi-entity reporting across Swiss/Dutch structures, driving the company’s growth and governance framework.

The role requires 10–15 years in finance, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, plus hands-on experience in budgets, audits, and cross-border contracts. Fluency in English and French is essential as the board collaborates across borders.
