enshift AG in Switzerland invites a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to shape financial strategy and scale a renewable energy platform. You will report to the CEO, partner with the Board, and lead treasury, tax, and management reporting while building scalable financial processes.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial setting, offering a leadership development path and a direct impact on profitability and capital allocation.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in senior finance roles, incl. Finance Director/Head of Finance.
• Experience in renewable energy, energy infrastructure or project-driven industries.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, cash management and financial modelling.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead financial strategy aligned with growth and investment objectives.
• Oversee finance, treasury, tax and management reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis.
• Manage monthly closing and intercompany reconciliations.
• Evaluate renewable energy projects and financing opportunities with financial models.
• Advise CEO on financing strategy, M&A and strategic investments.
• Strengthen governance, internal controls and finance systems.
• Partner with CEO and management on commercial, operational and financing decisions.
