PATH in Geneva seeks a Senior Program Assistant to provide senior administrative and programmatic support for the PHC team, including executive support for the Global PHC Director and for the SAFEStart+ project. This fixed-term 12-month role focuses on coordinating calendars, travel, meetings and donor engagements, with responsibilities across PATH's Geneva and global operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of admin/program support experience or equivalent.
• Diplomacy across stakeholders; intercultural collaboration in multi-country settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint).
• Experience coordinating external stakeholders across countries and institutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex meetings, travel, and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skills.
• Fluent English; French strongly preferred; legal work authorization in Switzerland.

Mansioni

• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Global PHC Director (50%).
• Coordinate complex calendars, travel, and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare briefings, slides, and background materials for meetings and events.
• Support donor engagements, notes, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and knowledge management systems (Teams, SharePoint, Box, OneNote).
• Assist with procurement processes and vendor coordination.
