PATH is seeking a Senior Program Assistant in Geneva to provide senior administrative and program support for the Primary Health Care (PHC) program. The role includes managing the Global PHC Director's calendar, coordinating engagements with donors and partners, arranging international travel, and supporting the SAFEStart+ project with strategic documentation and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related experience, strong diplomacy, and excellent MS

Competenze

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of directly related administrative and program support experience.
Demonstrated diplomacy and intercultural communication across stakeholders.
Professional fluency in English; French strongly preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

Executive support to the Global PHC Director, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
Coordinate external engagements with donors, partners, and government representatives; manage meeting logistics and follow-up.
Prepare agendas, briefing packs and background materials; take notes and track actions.
Assist with knowledge management, documentation, and project management tasks using MS Office tools.
