Center for Sustainable Finance and Private Wealth (CSP) Foundation in Zurich seeks a Managing Director to lead CSPF day-to-day, drive funding and strategy, and align global programs with our mission. You will manage a local team of eight and collaborate with the founder, Board, and international CSP leaders to advance impact investing and wealthholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience building or running a high-performing social business.
• Experience in fundraising including securing major gifts.
• Ability to shape organizational or programmatic strategy across entities/geographies.
• Talent for building relationships and representing CSP to donors and partners.
• Existing network in sustainable finance, impact investing, or philanthropy.
• Understanding of challenges in impact investing for wealth holders.

Aufgaben

• Translate CSPF's board-adopted strategy into priorities and measurable KPIs.
• Oversee core programs (Next Gen, Family Office) and ensure strong participation.
• Own CSP's fundraising strategy and cultivate donor relationships to grow resources.
• Nurture CSP's global alumni network and research/training ecosystem.
• Build CSP's external presence with academic institutions and industry partners.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Managing Director and CSP leaders; develop the local team.
