Zusammenfassung

UNITED MACHINING is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee Finance, Administration and Logistics, ensuring controls and compliant processes across the group. You will drive monthly closings, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting, while analyzing performance for strategic decisions.

You will guide profitability, cash flow, and working capital improvements, lead SAP projects, and coach a high-performing team in a multinational Swiss environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Controlling and Financial Management.
• Strong expertise in IFRS accounting standards, as well as proven experience in group reporting and consolidation processes
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or comparable ERP systems, combined with excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented professional with a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial approach.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, developing, and coaching teams, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for the Finance, Administration, and Logistics functions, including ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control systems
• Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including both statutory and group reporting requirements
• Take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and management reporting processes
• Analyze business performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide proactive support in strategic and operational decision-making
• Drive improvements in profitability, cash flow, and working capital management, while leading process optimization initiatives and SAP-related projects
