Job summary

BYD Switzerland is seeking a Sales Planning Specialist to support and contribute to the expansion strategy for BYD and DENZA in Switzerland. You will collaborate with European Sales, Product and Marketing teams and our distributor partner to drive sales performance in the local market.

You will lead cross-functional planning, analyze market trends, and coordinate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or sales planning management in automotive industry, preferably in Switzerland.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead short- and long-term sales volume and mix planning for BYD and DENZA portfolio.
• Provide market insights and benchmarking to develop data-backed sales plans.
• Analyze forecast data from markets to improve decision-making and planning accuracy.
