Job summary

Veeva Systems is recruiting an Enterprise Account Partner to support top pharma accounts and drive value by positioning Veeva's Commercial Cloud globally. You will nurture relationships with VP and C-level executives, renewals, and introduce innovative solutions to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience across software sales/consulting.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences and digital transformation for Commercial in the sector.
• Proven ability to cultivate multi-layered relationships across business, IT, and procurement.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• High work ethic with urgency toward customer needs.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Based in Germany or Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Protect and expand Veeva's footprint through daily account management and understanding of customer goals.
• Manage client partnerships and accounts for Commercials to be a trusted long-term partner.
• Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
• Act as ambassador for customers and prioritize their needs.
