Databricks is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive for the Swiss Pharma/Life-Science sector. You will craft strategy, guide teams and partners, and drive exceptional value on the Data + AI Platform for large regulated enterprises.

You will lead executive engagements, co-develop business cases, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals, enabling rapid adoption of usage-based SaaS across customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling enterprise software to large organisations.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Pharma sector preferred.
• Strong C-level engagement and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategic account plan for Swiss Pharma/Life-Science clients.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partners to drive bookings and usage.
• Develop executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
• Collaborate on co-sell motions with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
