Databricks in Zürich seeks a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive to lead large insurance engagements across Switzerland, shaping data, analytics and AI value propositions. You will drive adoption of the Databricks platform, create executive-level buy-in, and translate complex capabilities into client outcomes.

In this role you own client relationships, develop compelling business cases, coordinate with partners and teams, and push for growth in usage and bookings within the regulated Swiss

Qualificações

Account executive with direct enterprise software sales experience.
Proven track record of quota over-achievement.
Experience selling to large, regulated organisations.
Strong knowledge of Data + AI and technology sales.
Proficient in executive-level relationship management.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop unique use cases and solutions for Insurance.
Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to accelerate success.
Motivate a diverse team of data and AI professionals to implement plans.
Lead teams to identify use cases and prove value on the Databricks platform.
Support transformation goals through partnerships, training, and executive engagement.
Build value in engagements to guide negotiations to close.
