Job summary

Databricks Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Core Account Executive for the Pharma/Life-Science sector in Switzerland. You will lead enterprise software sales, manage executive relationships, and craft strategic plans to win and expand in large pharma accounts.

You will drive adoption of the Databricks Data + AI Platform, collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams, and shape use cases that demonstrate measurable value for customers in a highly regulated industry.

Qualifications

Direct sales experience of enterprise software platforms to large enterprises.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
Experience building and executing strategic account plans in regulated industries.
Ability to manage executive-level relationships with clients and partners.
Knowledge of Data + AI space and technology sales experience.
Experience developing partnerships with champions and client teams to support territory plans.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic business plan for pharma/life-science accounts in Switzerland.
Own executive-level relationships within customers and partners to drive adoption and expansion.
Identify and close high-impact use cases leveraging Databricks platform.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to accelerate customer success and bookings.
Guide negotiations and craft proposals to maximize value and close opportunities.
