Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or senior hands-on technical roles.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding, debugging, and solution building.
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture: scalable pipelines, streaming, lakehouse patterns, cloud-native platforms.
• Proficient on the Databricks Platform with developing specialization in one area (e.g., real-time/streaming, ML/AI, data governance).
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders through whiteboarding and reviews.
• Experience with production deployments on public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infra, security, and governance considerations.
• Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth within accounts.
• Excellent communication skills to translate architectures into business value for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors.

• Develop an emerging technical specialization and become a go-to resource for the team.
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources to deliver comprehensive solutions for complex needs.
• Influence product direction with structured feedback on customer requirements and gaps.
