Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim Switzerland is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead regional sales efforts for the CRM portfolio and shape the market across the Basel region. You will drive growth, align with inline brands, and prepare the ecosystem for future launches, traveling within the EAST region as needed.

You will manage a team of KAMs and Sales Representatives, coach performance, and build strategic relationships with HCPs and networks to ensure flawless delivery of district objectives.

Qualifications

• Healthcare/commercial background required.
• Experience in leading sales and account management teams.
• Experience engaging with healthcare ecosystems and digital health environments.

• Execute regional-level plans and actions (KAMs and Sales Representatives).
