Boehringer Ingelheim Switzerland is seeking an outstanding District Sales Manager to lead regional sales for the CRM portfolio (Cardio, Renal, Metabolism). You will steer performance of in-line brands and prepare the ecosystem for future launches, working across HCPs and networks.

As a regional leader you will coach a sales team, drive account management, monitor KPIs, and travel extensively within Region WEST; fluency in English and German required.

Qualifications

• Education/experience in healthcare with a commercial focus.
• Proven success in leading high-performing sales and account management teams.
• Experience engaging with complex healthcare ecosystems including HCP networks and digital health environments.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and elevate team capabilities.
• Strong KPI monitoring, ability to adapt plans, and deliver district objectives.
• Fluent in English and the regional language (German for Basel area).

Responsibilities

• Execute district-level plans and actions with KAMs and Sales Representatives.
• Lead team to excel in strategic account management and selling skills.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with decision-makers across HCPs and networks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on strategy execution and insights gathering.
• Coach the team to drive customer engagement with ongoing feedback.
