Adnovum, based in Zurich, seeks a seasoned head of corporate communications and public affairs. You will partner with the Executive Board to shape and drive corporate narratives, strengthen media relationships, and elevate executive visibility across cybersecurity and digital transformation topics.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years in communications, a strong Swiss media network, and a track record advising leadership on reputation and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 10-15 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, media relations or related roles.
• Proven network with Swiss journalists and media stakeholders.
• Experience advising executive leadership on communications and reputation management.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute Adnovum's corporate communications and public affairs strategy.
• Drive thought leadership to increase visibility and market influence.
• Build relationships with media, associations, public institutions and other stakeholders.
• Advise executive leadership on communications strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop corporate narratives, thought leadership and executive communications.
• Manage media relations and foster visibility across Swiss media channels.
• Safeguard brand positioning and corporate identity; manage reputational risk.
