Zusammenfassung

SMG Swiss Marketplace Group is seeking a Corporate Communication Manager to strengthen the company’s reputation across media relations, investor communications and internal channels. You will report to the Head of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs and work with senior management and business-unit communicators.

The role includes developing strategies, coordinating with Investor Relations, and driving key messages for executives, with a hybrid work setup and emphasis on quality,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications.
• Experience in media relations and understanding of the Swiss media landscape.
• Experience in or strong interest in financial and capital markets communications.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills; able to translate complex topics for target audiences.
• Confident in working with senior stakeholders and handling time-critical topics.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple topics and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement corporate communication strategies aligned with SMG’s objectives.
• Manage media relations activities including enquiries, monitoring, press releases, statements, Q&As and spokesperson activities.
• Coordinate PR for SMG Finance & Insurance with relevant stakeholders.
• Support financial communications with Investor Relations on annual/half-year results, reports and AGM.
• Position C-level executives through messaging, talking points, and presentations.
• Assist internal communications across Group-wide topics and targeted channels.
• Support communications for sustainability, cybersecurity, and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with senior management and business-unit communicators; coordinate external agencies.
