Adnovum, based in Zurich, seeks a seasoned head of corporate communications and public affairs. You will partner with the Executive Board to shape and drive corporate narratives, strengthen media relationships, and elevate executive visibility across cybersecurity and digital transformation topics.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years in communications, a strong Swiss media network, and a track record advising leadership on reputation and stakeholder engagement.

What you're going to do

Are you a seasoned communications leader with a strong network in the Swiss media and public affairs landscape? Do you enjoy shaping narratives, building reputation, and advising senior decision-makers on topics that matter? As a strategic partner to our Executive Board, you will define and drive Adnovum's corporate communications and public affairs activities. You will strengthen our market presence, elevate executive visibility, and position Adnovum as a trusted voice in the fields of software engineering, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. Working closely with leaders across the company, you will shape compelling narratives, engage key stakeholders, and help drive our next phase of growth and market impact.

As a strategic partner to our Executive Board your responsibilities are:

• Defining and executing Adnovum's corporate communications and public affairs strategy
• Driving thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Adnovum's visibility and market influence
• Building and strengthening relationships with media, industry associations, public institutions, and other key stakeholders
• Advising executive leadership on communications, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and executive positioning
• Developing and governing corporate narratives, thought leadership, and executive communications
• Managing media relations and generating visibility across relevant Swiss media channels
• Safeguarding and evolving Adnovum's corporate identity, brand positioning, and market presence
• Anticipating and managing reputational risks, issues, and complex communications situations
• Aligning communications activities with business priorities and strategic objectives

What we're looking for

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10-15 years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, journalism, or related communications functions
• Proven network of Swiss journalists, editors, and media stakeholders, with a track record of generating earned media coverage and executive visibility
• Experience advising executive leadership on communications strategy, reputation management, executive positioning, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss media, public affairs, and regulatory landscape, including experience engaging with associations, industry bodies, and public institutions
• Experience developing corporate narratives, executive positioning, and brand communications across multiple stakeholder groups and communication channels
• Experience in communication around technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, professional services, or related industries
• High level of integrity, discretion and sound judgment
• Native German and fluent English skills, French of great advantage
