We are working with a leading international professional services organisation that is continuing to grow its Cyber & Risk practice in Switzerland. We are looking for an experienced Director / Senior Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity transformation, consulting and programme delivery to join the team in Zürich.

Candidates currently based in Switzerland or elsewhere in the EU/EEA are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Zürich.

The role combines senior client advisory, hands-on delivery leadership and commercial development across complex international organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cybersecurity and technology transformation programmes from strategy through to implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and manage complex client, internal and third-party stakeholders.
• Drive workshops, transformation roadmaps, operating models and implementation strategies.
• Oversee cybersecurity aspects of major technology and ERP transformation programmes.
• Maintain and develop long-term senior client relationships.
• Support business development and account growth within the Swiss market.
• Contribute to the continued development of the Cyber & Risk practice.
• Remain sufficiently close to delivery to provide credible technical and strategic leadership.

Your Profile

• 10+ years' experience in cybersecurity, technology or digital transformation.
• Consulting experience is strongly preferred; equivalent experience within a large international organisation can also be relevant.
• Strong background in cybersecurity transformation, rather than purely operational security, governance or CISO responsibilities.
• Experience in pharma, life sciences, medtech, manufacturing, industrials or another highly regulated/technically complex industry.
• Strong project/programme management and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with senior executives and technical specialists.
• Strong commercial awareness and previous business development / client acquisition experience.
• Technical understanding sufficient to engage credibly with cybersecurity and technology teams.
• Excellent English; German or French would be advantageous.
• Based in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Zürich.
• Willing to work in a hybrid model with regular client-site presence.
• A confident, mature and collaborative personality with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
