Zusammenfassung

Climeworks is seeking a Commercial & Business Operations Specialist to scale our commercial, project sourcing, and customer success functions. You will translate business needs into robust processes, tools, analytics, and workflows to move faster and enable reliable data-driven decisions.

You will design and scale digital products, including a platform for customers to manage their carbon removal portfolios, bringing transparency and impact visibility to the market.

Qualifikationen

• Education: University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• 5+ years in fast-paced, service-oriented environment (consulting, tech, scale-ups, startups).
• Experience in business analysis, revenue operations, commercial excellence, product management or similar roles.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration including user support, permissions, configuration, validation rules, flows, reporting and dashboards; familiarity with marketing automation, CRM extensions, reporting tools, and ERP systems (SAP).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, data models, reports, and practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration across functions and levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Aufgaben

• Define and improve processes across marketing, business development, sales, project sourcing, and customer success for scalable operations.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to map processes, define requirements, and translate them into practical solutions.
• Administer Salesforce for Climeworks Solutions, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce and related tools.
• Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft tools to monitor performance and drive decisions.
• Drive operational change initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and communicate outcomes with clear updates.
• Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base of processes, tools and enablement materials.
