Zusammenfassung

Climeworks seeks a Commercial Operations Manager to build scalable operations across commercial, project sourcing, and customer success teams. You will translate business needs into robust processes, tools, analytics, and working methods to accelerate speed, collaboration, and data-driven decisions.

You will design and scale digital products, including a platform for customers to manage carbon removal portfolios, bringing transparency and impact visibility to the market.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field with at least 5 years in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment such as consulting, technology, scale-ups, or startups.
• Experience in business analysis, revenue operations, commercial excellence, product management, or similar roles and ability to translate requirements into system configurations, data models, and reports.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration including user support, permissions, configuration, validation rules, flows, reporting and dashboards; experience with marketing automation, CRM extensions, reporting tools, and ERP systems such as SAP; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across functions and seniority levels.
• Excellent organization and execution; ability to convert ambiguity into actionable work packages and drive initiatives.
• Fluent written and spoken English skills.

Aufgaben

• Define and improve processes across marketing, business development, sales, project sourcing, and customer success to enable scalable operations.
• Lead meetings to understand business needs, map processes, define requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Administer Salesforce and related tools, configure systems, and drive user adoption to support commercial activities.
• Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft tools for performance monitoring and decision support.
• Drive project and change management initiatives with clear updates and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of processes, tools, and enablement materials.
