Zusammenfassung

Climeworks is seeking a Commercial & Business Operations Specialist in Opfikon, Zurich. You will translate business needs into scalable processes, tools, and data-driven workflows that empower marketing, sales, project sourcing, and customer success teams.

You will lead process excellence, design solutions, administer Salesforce, build dashboards in Power BI, and drive change across a high-growth commercial organization while maintaining a strong focus on ownership and practical outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment such as consulting, tech, scale-ups, or startups.
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce, including user support, permissions, configuration, validation rules, flows, reporting and dashboards.
• Experience with data analytics, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and marketing automation is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Aufgaben

• Define and improve processes across marketing, business development, sales, project sourcing, and customer success.
• Lead stakeholder meetings to map requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Act as Salesforce Administrator, configuring and optimizing Salesforce and related tools.
• Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft tools to monitor performance.
• Drive project and change management initiatives with clear updates and presentations.
• Develop and maintain an internal knowledge base of processes and enablement materials.
• Synthesize ambiguous challenges into actionable work packages and prioritise implementation.
