Climeworks AG is seeking a Commercial & Business Operations Specialist to scale operations across commercial, project sourcing, and customer success teams. You will translate business needs into robust processes, tools, analytics, and workflows to move faster and rely on data-driven decisions.

You will lead business analysis, configure Salesforce and related tools, design dashboards, and drive operational improvements in a fast-growth environment based in Opfikon, with on-site work required

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Experience in commercial operations or business analysis.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and data reporting.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
