Mandarin Oriental Palace Luzern is seeking an experienced Stewarding Supervisor to lead the team, prepare duty rosters, and ensure the supply of F&B materials while maintaining impeccable hygiene in stewarding, kitchen and back office areas.

You will oversee cleaning and maintenance of porcelain, glassware, cutlery, and equipment, conduct regular checks, and coordinate waste disposal in line with company guidelines, with weekend and holiday shifts expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years experience in the cleaning sector in upscale hospitality.
• Leadership and organizational skills with ability to lead a diverse team.
• Strong customer service orientation and self-reliant work style.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; high standards of manners and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Managing the Stewarding team.
• Preparation of duty rosters for the department.
• Responsible for the supply of the required F&B material.
• Control of hygiene & cleanliness in stewarding, kitchen and back office areas.
• Regular checks and inventories.
• Responsible for cleaning, maintenance and storage of porcelain, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
• Cleaning of all kitchen equipment, appliances, floors and walls.
• Checking and proper use and maintenance of the provided machines and equipment.
• All waste disposal in accordance with appropriate company guidelines.
