Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz is seeking a steward for the winter season 2026/27. You will join the stewarding team and be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized kitchen area and supporting the F&B back office during a peak season.

We look for candidates with hotel stewarding experience or vocational training in hospitality, flexible and team-oriented with good German or English language skills. Enjoy living in the Engadine Alps and join a dynamic Kempinski team.

Qualifikationen

• Must have vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable stewarding experience in upscale hotels.
• Demonstrated flexibility, resilience, and commitment to responsibilities.
• Team-oriented, independent and precise working style.
• German or English language skills required.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning, care and storage of porcelain, glass, cutlery and kitchen crockery
• Cleanliness of the kitchen area and F&B back office area
• Proper use and care of the machines and equipment provided
• Waste disposal in accordance with local guidelines
• Onboarding of new employees

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable experience in the stewarding team in the upscale hotel industry
• A high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, resilience and commitment
• Team-oriented, independent and precise way of working
• German or English language skills
