Zusammenfassung

Kempinski in St. Moritz is seeking a Steward (f/m/d) for the winter season 2026/27. You will support the kitchen team by caring for porcelain, glass, cutlery and equipment, while ensuring a clean and organized back-of-house area.

This seasonal full-time role involves onboarding new staff and maintaining high hospitality standards. The position requires vocational hotel training or relevant stewarding experience, flexibility, resilience, and good German or English language skills.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable experience in the stewarding team in the upscale hotel industry.
• A high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, resilience and commitment.
• German or English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Cleaning, care and storage of porcelain, glass, cutlery and kitchen crockery
• Cleanliness of the kitchen area and F&B back office area
• Proper use and care of the machines and equipment provided
• Waste disposal in accordance with local guidelines
• Onboarding of new employees

Key Responsibilities
