Zusammenfassung

Kempinski is seeking a Steward for the winter season 2026/27 in St. Moritz. You will work in the Kitchen department as steward, maintaining cleanliness and supporting the team in a luxury hotel setting.

We value vocational training in hotel services or equivalent stewarding experience, and you should be flexible, precise and team-oriented. German or English language skills are required to communicate with guests and colleagues.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable stewarding experience in upscale hotels.
• A high degree of flexibility, assertiveness, resilience and commitment.
• Team-oriented, independent and precise way of working.
• German or English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Cleaning, care and storage of porcelain, glass, cutlery and kitchen crockery.
• Cleanliness of the kitchen area and F&B back office area.
• Proper use and care of the machines and equipment provided.
• Waste disposal in accordance with local guidelines.
• Onboarding of new employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning, care and storage of porcelain, glass, cutlery and kitchen crockery
• Cleanliness of the kitchen area and F&B back office area
• Proper use and care of the machines and equipment provided
• Waste disposal in accordance with local guidelines
• Onboarding of new employees
