Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in Enterprise Transformation and/or Source-to-Pay / Procurement Transformation.
• Extensive experience with SAP/ERP transformation programmes, ideally including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of procurement technology, particularly SAP Ariba, SAP MM/SRM.
• Experience designing Target Operating Models and global process templates.

Your Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise & Source-to-Pay Transformation Lead to drive complex business, procurement and ERP transformation programmes for clients in Switzerland.

The role combines strategic advisory, end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformation, SAP/ERP programme leadership, process excellence and senior stakeholder management. The successful candidate will bridge business strategy, process design, technology and organisational change, supporting clients from transformation strategy and target operating model design through implementation, rollout and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Enterprise, Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation programmes, from initial strategy and business case through design, implementation, rollout and adoption.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on procurement transformation, process standardisation, target operating models and ERP/SAP transformation.
• Lead or support large-scale SAP S/4HANA and Source-to-Pay programmes, ensuring alignment between business requirements, process design and technology decisions.
• Design and implement end-to-end Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay processes, global templates and operating models.
• Lead programme and workstream governance, including workshops, dependencies, risks, key decisions and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive change, adoption and benefits realisation across complex transformation environments.
• Manage cross-functional and international teams across business, technology, process and change disciplines.
• Support business development, including RFPs, proposals, solution shaping, value propositions and client presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and act as a strategic advisor throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Contribute to capability and practice development by sharing expertise, developing teams and identifying new transformation opportunities.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Strong experience in Enterprise Transformation and/or Source-to-Pay / Procurement Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay and procurement processes.
• Extensive experience with SAP/ERP transformation programmes, ideally including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of procurement technology, particularly SAP Ariba, SAP MM/SRM or comparable Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Experience designing Target Operating Models, global process templates and process standardisation.
• Proven experience leading complex, international transformation programmes or major workstreams.
• Strong programme governance, stakeholder management and executive advisory capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into process and technology solutions and connect strategy, process, technology and organisational change.
• Experience working with senior client stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation and consulting skills.
• Fluent English.
• Good command of German, sufficient to communicate effectively in a professional/client environment.
• Swiss nationality or a valid Swiss work permit / existing authorisation to work in Switzerland.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• SAP Ariba certification or advanced hands-on expertise across Upstream, Downstream, Contracts and Invoice Management.
• Experience with Coupa or other Source-to-Pay platforms.
• Experience with SAP Activate, SAFe or hybrid agile delivery models.
• Experience with AI-enabled ERP/procurement transformation, SAP Business AI or process intelligence.
• Previous consulting experience within major transformation or professional‑services organisations.
• Experience within Life Sciences or other complex, highly regulated industries.
• Business development experience, including RFPs, proposals, business cases, value propositions and account growth.
• Experience building or developing consulting practices and capabilities.
• Experience leading international/global rollouts and large multidisciplinary teams.
