Job summary

Implement Consulting Group seeks a Solution Architect in Supply Chain Planning to translate deep supply chain expertise into client impact in Switzerland. You will drive SAP IBP and other advanced planning system implementations, co-create innovative solutions, and help win projects.

Require 4–6 years of consulting experience and a Master’s degree; English is essential, German or Italian a plus. You’ll work in a growing Swiss team and across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ full project cycles as solution architect or technical lead.
• 4–6 years of consulting experience.
• Master’s degree in business, engineering, IT or related field.
• Excellent communication in English; German or Italian a strong advantage.
• Solid experience in supply chain planning (inventory optimisation, forecasting, S&OP).
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end S&OP processes.

• Co-create innovative solutions with our clients that enable high-performing business processes through state-of-the-art functionalities.
• Act as a commercial driver by generating leads, shaping proposals and winning projects.

Your responsibilities

• Drive SAP IBP and other advanced planning system implementations, bridging business needs and IT capabilities.
• Co-create innovative solutions with our clients that enable high-performing business processes through state-of-the-art functionalities.
• Act as a commercial driver by generating leads, shaping proposals and winning projects.
• Play a key role in both delivery and business development, helping to strengthen our supply chain planning practice in Switzerland.

Your profile

• Solid experience in supply chain planning (inventory optimisation, advanced forecasting, supply and demand planning, S&OP).
• At least three full project cycles as solution architect or technical workstream lead.
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end sales and operations planning processes.
• First experience in leading sales cycles, from lead development to assisting in securing projects.
• 4–6 years of consulting experience.
• Master’s degree in business, engineering, IT or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex ideas in English (German or Italian is a strong advantage).
