Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Ltd is supporting a well-established Swiss organisation undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation. We are seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Leader to take ownership of the SAP solutions team and drive the wider transformation across Finance, Supply Chain and OTC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP teams or SAP services functions.
• Strong SAP transformation / S/4HANA experience.
• Solid SAP SD/MM and OTC knowledge.
• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and fit-to-standard methodologies.
• German and English language skills would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and provide direction to the SAP Services team and Business Analysts.
• Own SAP solution delivery and provide strategic direction across the transformation.
• Act as the senior business-facing lead for Order-to-Cash (OTC).
• Analyse and prioritise business requirements and translate them into scalable S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition solutions.
• Design and optimise lead-to-cash / OTC processes across customer, pricing, quotation, order, delivery and billing.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops and drive SAP best-practice adoption.
• Support the integration between SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce and SAP BTP / Integration Suite.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Provide leadership through testing, migration, training, cutover, hypercare and transition to BAU.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation and digitalisation.
• Contribute to the wider business transformation strategy and future SAP roadmap.

SAP Competence Centre Manager

We are supporting a well-established Swiss organisation undergoing a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and are looking for an experienced SAP Solutions Leader to take ownership of the SAP solutions team and play a key role in the wider business transformation.

This is a senior position combining people leadership, SAP solution ownership and business transformation, with responsibility across Finance, Supply Chain and Order-to-Cash. The manufacturing scope is also expected to expand as the transformation progresses.

The Role

You will lead and develop a team of SAP professionals and Business Analysts, establishing clear responsibilities, priorities and effective collaboration between IT and business functions.

Alongside the leadership responsibilities, you will retain a hands-on business-facing role across SAP SD/MM and end-to-end Order-to-Cash, helping shape future processes and ensuring solutions remain aligned with SAP best practices and a clean-core approach.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading SAP teams or SAP services functions.
• Strong SAP transformation / S/4HANA experience.
• Solid SAP SD/MM and OTC knowledge.
• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and fit-to-standard methodologies.
• Understanding of CRM/ERP integration, ideally Salesforce.
• Exposure to SAP BTP / Integration Suite.
• Strong business analysis, solution design and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing implementation partners and complex transformation programmes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to balance strategic direction with hands-on business engagement.
• German and English language skills would be highly advantageous.
