TalentCloud Group is supporting a well-established consulting organisation seeking an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Lead to join our growing team in Switzerland.

This is a senior client-facing role focusing on complex SAP transformation programmes, helping finance processes and systems improve, with opportunities to shape the SAP Finance practice and engage with senior stakeholders across Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Strong SAP Finance transformation project experience
• Experience on large or complex SAP programmes
• Good knowledge of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience managing projects or workstreams from start to finish
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent or professional-level German and English

• Lead SAP Finance transformation programmes from planning to delivery
• Understand a client's finance requirements and design SAP solutions
• Manage multiple streams and project teams with stakeholders
• Work with senior client stakeholders throughout the project
• Support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Help clients improve finance processes and operational efficiency
• Contribute to the development of the wider SAP Finance practice

We are supporting a well-established consulting organisation that is looking for an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Lead to join its growing team in Switzerland.

This is a senior client-facing role for someone who enjoys working on complex SAP transformation projects and helping businesses improve their finance processes, systems and ways of working.

The Role

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to deliver large SAP finance transformation programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading SAP Finance transformation projects from planning through to delivery
• Understanding a client's business and finance requirements
• Helping design SAP solutions that support business goals
• Managing different project streams and project teams
• Working with senior client stakeholders throughout the project
• Supporting SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
• Helping clients improve finance processes and operational efficiency
• Contributing to the development of the wider SAP Finance practice
• Supporting business development and client discussions when required

What We Are Looking For

You should have:

• Strong experience delivering SAP Finance transformation projects
• Experience working on large or complex SAP programmes
• Good knowledge of SAP Finance and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience managing projects or workstreams from start to finish
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with senior decision-makers
• A good understanding of finance processes and how technology can improve them
• Previous consulting experience or experience working in a similar client-facing environment
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent or professional-level German and English

Location and Travel

You can be based in Zurich or Basel.

You should also be comfortable travelling to client sites within Switzerland and, depending on the project, occasionally working in other locations.
