As a member of our interdisciplinary and ambitious team, you will analyze, design, implement, and maintain modern software solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Analyzing customer requirements as well as functional and technical challenges
• Developing solution scenarios together with interdisciplinary project teams
• Designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions
• Ensuring robust application architectures and sustainable technical designs
• Advising stakeholders on the further development and optimization of applications
• Collaborating closely with project managers to achieve project quality objectives
• Contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from analysis and specification to implementation and maintenance
• Applying agile development practices and actively contributing to continuous team improvement

What we're looking for

• Several years of professional experience in software development with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid programming experience with C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks such as Angular or Blazor
• Ideally, additional experience with Go, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Practical experience with agile development methodologies and tools
• Sound understanding of modern software architectures, CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and test management
• Independent and structured working style combined with a strong team spirit, integrity, and commitment to quality
• Swiss citizenship or eligibility to work on projects requiring a Swiss Personnel Security Clearance (PSP)
• Fluency in German and English

For certain projects in the public sector, a Personal Security Screening (PSS) (Personensicherheitsprüfung, PSP) conducted by Swiss Federal or Cantonal Authorities may be required. Willingness to undergo this clearance is essential.
