Job summary

Adnovum in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking a skilled Incident & Production Support Engineer to keep business-critical applications stable and resolve complex technical issues. You will analyse incidents, collaborate with L1/L2 teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of support services in a regulated financial services environment.

You will work in a growing managed-services setup, monitor application health, support deployments, and engage in problem management and automation

Qualifications

• Experience in application support, management, or production support.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications and technical integrations.
• Knowledge of Linux, SQL, and application log analysis.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and ITSM tools.
• Understanding of ITIL-based incident and problem management processes.
• Understanding of deployment, release, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with container platforms such as OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is a strong plus.
• Fluency in German and English.
