Zusammenfassung

Nestlé Deep Tech Center in Orbe, Switzerland, is seeking an Associate Robotics Specialist to identify, evaluate, and deploy advanced robotics and intelligent automation solutions. You will collaborate with project teams, R&D centers, engineering hubs, factories, and partners to accelerate Nestlé’s innovation and deliver scalable manufacturing impact.

The role requires hands-on robotics, automation, mechatronics, and AI project experience, with strong collaboration, safety, and quality focus.

Qualifikationen

Hands-on robotics and automation experience in manufacturing contexts.
Exposure to mechatronics, AI or advanced engineering projects.
Ability to translate concepts into practical automation solutions.

Aufgaben

Build and apply robotics expertise to deliver safer, more efficient manufacturing.
Scout and evaluate emerging technologies for scalable automation concepts.
Support projects from opportunity framing to proof of concept, pilot and deployment.
Deliver work packages across requirements, design reviews, commissioning and start-up with a safety focus.
Translate validated concepts into maintainable automation solutions for multiple use cases.
Share knowledge and training content to strengthen robotics capabilities.
