Job summary

Novartis is seeking a Site Robotics Expert to lead the robotics transformation at the Muttenz manufacturing site in Switzerland. This role drives development, implementation, scaling, and lifecycle management of robotics solutions across manufacturing, labs, warehousing, and material handling, bridging emerging technologies with site needs.

You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders, engineering, operations, quality, IT/OT, and partners to build a sustainable robotics ecosystem

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics or related engineering field.
• 5+ years of hands-on robotics deployment experience.
• Experience defining URSs and vendor evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities

• Own the robotics technology strategy and roadmap.
• Translate technology into site-ready deployment packages.
• Maintain the Robotics Catalogue and ensure readiness.
• Lead market scouting for advanced capabilities like computer vision.
