• Strong understanding of transformation value realization, linking strategic initiatives to financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience working with senior executives and influencing decisions without direct organizational authority.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, translating complexity into clear priorities and actions.
• Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with resilience and execution focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise transformation roadmap across ABB Robotics with an integrated view of milestones and outcomes.
• Drive execution and value realization by leading cadence and ensuring initiatives deliver results.
• Manage cross-functional complexity by resolving risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Challenge and accelerate delivery through accountability and timely intervention when needed.
• Enable executive decision-making with transparent portfolio reporting and actionable insights.
